In this dynamic Support Engineer role. You will primarily focus on customer support, carrying out technical installations, and providing user training. All related and necessary training for the role will be fully provided by the company to ensure you are equipped for success.
Compensation & Probation
Probation Period (First 3 Months): Dedicated training and probation phase with a fixed salary of ₹15,000 per month.
Post-Probation: Upon successful completion of the 3-month probation period, the salary will be revised to ₹22,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer support inquiries and provide effective, timely resolutions.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure customers are comfortable and proficient with the product.

- Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.Passion for software products
- Education: Must be a graduate from any Science field.Highly creative and autonomous
