Sensors, cameras, RFID and IoT make every weighment accurate, proof-backed and fully accounted for.
- Photoelectric sensorsAt both ends, so weight is taken only when the vehicle is fully on.
- Front cameraReads the vehicle number automatically.
- Top cameraRecords how the vehicle is loaded.
- RFID reader and anti-metal tagCreates the challan without an operator.
- IoT monitoring unitReconciles every vehicle with its challan.
Three ways it works
Operator mode
Sensors and cameras guide the operator, who creates the challan.
Auto mode
An RFID tag identifies the vehicle and the challan is created on its own.
Always-on IoT monitoring
Every vehicle is cross-checked independently of the challan system.
Position sensors: fully on, or no challan
The operator can create a challan only when both sensor beams are clear.
Fully on the weighbridge
Weight is captured with the whole vehicle on the platform.
Rear wheels off the platform
Stays locked until the vehicle moves forward.
Front wheels too far ahead
Stays locked until the vehicle moves back.
Photo proof on every challan
The front camera reads the number plate and the top camera captures the load. Both images are saved with the challan.
- Number plate read automatically, so there is no manual typing and no wrong numbers
- Top view shows exactly how the vehicle was loaded
- Photos stay attached to the challan for audits and disputes

IoT reconciliation and alerts
An independent IoT unit records every vehicle on the weighbridge and matches it with the challans in real time.
| Time | IoT net weight | Challan | Challan net weight | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10:42 AM | 24.8 T | DC-1042 | 24.8 T | Matched |
| 11:05 AM | 22.1 T | None | None | No challan |
| 11:20 AM | 26.5 T | DC-1047 | 23.9 T | 2.6 T gap |
- Alert: no challan createdA vehicle crossed the weighbridge without a delivery challan.
- Alert: weight gap above limitIoT net weight and challan net weight differ by more than the set limit, for example 2 T.
Alerts reach the concerned person on mobile within moments.
Crusher gate monitoring
Every vehicle leaving the crusher is recorded, checked by AI and matched with its delivery challan, automatically.
- ANPR camera at the gateDetects every vehicle moving out and reads its number.
- Top cameraTakes an image of the vehicle from above.
- xNETRA on-premises AIChecks the top image to see if material is loaded.
- Mobile alertsReal-time alert with vehicle images to the concerned person.
From gate exit to alert
Every exit is checked. Only a loaded vehicle without a challan raises an alert.
- Vehicle moves outThe ANPR camera detects it and reads its number.
- Top image capturedThe top camera photographs the vehicle from above.
- AI checks the loadOn-premises AI decides whether the vehicle is empty or loaded.
- Challan reconciliationA loaded vehicle is matched with delivery challan data.
Three possible results
Recorded, no action
The exit is logged with the vehicle number and images.
Cleared automatically
The load matches a delivery challan. Nothing to do.
Real-time mobile alert
Sent with the vehicle images so the concerned person can act immediately.
What the alert contains
- Vehicle number, read by the ANPR camera
- Front and top photos of the vehicle
- Time and gate where it left
- Reason: loaded, but no challan
| Time | Vehicle | AI result | Challan | Status |

RFID system
With an anti-metal RFID tag on each vehicle, the weighbridge identifies it and creates the delivery challan on its own. No operator needed.
The RFID tag
- Anti-metal tag that reads reliably on a steel body
- Fixed on the side of the vehicle, not the windshield
- Reader picks up the vehicle’s details instantly
- Works with the position sensors and cameras, so auto-challans keep the same checks
How an auto-challan is created
- Vehicle on the weighbridgeSensors confirm it is fully on the platform.
- RFID tag is readThe reader identifies the vehicle and its details.
- Challan generatedWeight and camera photos are attached automatically.
- Everyone notifiedDriver, crusher owner and customer get an update.
Where RFID helps
Shorter queues
Vehicles don’t wait for an operator to type in details.
Fewer errors
Vehicle details come from the tag, not from manual entry.
Works round the clock
Night shifts and holidays run without extra staff.
Connected to Odoo ERP
Challans, weights, photos and alerts can flow straight into Odoo, so dispatch, stock and invoicing match what actually left your site. See our Odoo ERP implementation.
Challans become deliveries
Each challan updates stock and is ready for invoicing.
Photos on every record
Camera images stay attached to the delivery in Odoo.
Daily reconciliation
Reports of matched, missing and mismatched weighments.
Alerts to the right people
Managers and owners are notified on mobile.
What you gain
Stop material leakage
No loaded vehicle leaves without a matching challan going unnoticed.
No manual entry errors
Number plates, weights and tags are read by machines.
Proof for every dispute
Each weighment and exit is backed by photos and timestamps.
Real-time visibility
See exceptions on your phone the moment they happen.
See it working at your site
We’ll survey your weighbridge and gate and suggest the right setup.
