If you love building things — whether it's writing code, wiring circuits, or solving real-world business problems — this role puts all of it in your hands from day one. At xNETRA, freshers don't sit in the corner learning theory. You'll be on-site, configuring live ERP systems, deploying IoT hardware, and training real clients. And when you come back to the office, you'll be deep in Python, Odoo customisation, and IoT automation R&D.

WHAT YOU WILL DO |
- Software installation at client sites: Set up and deploy xNETRA's ERP and software solutions at customer locations — configure servers, networks, and environments end to end.
- Design & execute installation plans:Create structured deployment plans before every site visit — document workflows, hardware requirements, and go-live checklists.
- Train clients on Odoo ERP: Conduct hands-on training sessions with business users — explain ERP workflows across Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Accounting modules.
- Learn & grow in Odoo ERP (Python + XML): Get structured mentorship to master Odoo ERP — from functional configuration to writing custom Python modules, QWeb reports, and automated workflows.
- IoT configuration & deployment: Configure IoT sensors, edge devices, and automation hardware at industrial sites — integrate data feeds into ERP dashboards in real time.
- R&D — IoT solutions & product innovation: Prototype and test new IoT-based automation solutions for manufacturing and industrial clients — think Raspberry Pi, sensors, MQTT, and AI-driven alerts.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
- ✓ B.E. / B.Sc / Diploma — Electronics, CS, IT, or related
- ✓ Final year students awaiting results are welcome to apply
- ✓ Curiosity for both software and hardware — you enjoy tinkering
- ✓ Comfortable with field travel to client sites
- ✓ Basic programming knowledge in any language is a plus

COMPENSATION
- ₹15,000 per month during the first 3 months of training
- ₹20,000 per month from month 4 onwards upon successful completion of training
