Role Overview
We are looking for a technically sound and result-oriented professional to expand our business presence in Nagpur and surrounding regions.
The selected candidate will act as:
Business Development Executive
ERP Consultant
The candidate will be fully supported by our backend technical implementation team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Stone Crusher, manufacturing and related sectors.
Conduct field visits in Nagpur and nearby cities
Understand customer business processes (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, Weighbridge operations)
Demonstrate and pitch ERP solutions effectively
Convert leads into confirmed sales
Coordinate with the technical team for smooth implementation
Ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
Handle customer queries and coordinate issue resolution
Maintain long-term client relationships
Required Experience & Technical Background
3–5 years of sales experience (ERP, software, industrial products preferred)
Educational qualification: BE/ B.Tech / Diploma (Computer, IT, Electronics, Mechanical) / BCA / MCA / BSc IT
Basic understanding of:
ERP systems
Business processes (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting)
Software implementation lifecycle
Ability to explain technical solutions in simple business language
ERP implementation or industrial domain exposure is an added advantage
Travel Requirement
Willing to travel to nearby cities and industrial areas
Field-oriented role
Travelling allowance will be provided
Own vehicle preferred
Compensation Structure
Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)
Incentive: 5% on total sales value
Travel allowance reimbursement
